Our room had an exceptionally comfortable bed and a good view. The bathroom had bathtubs, which was great. All of the staff members were awesome and cordial.

The kids loved the pool area, a perfect spot to unwind after a long day. Our room was neat and offered plenty of space for our family. The location was convenient with nearby dining options for a quick meal.

For dads, it would be great to have a complimentary breakfast.

Put a hold of 1000$ on my account for the whole week. It was a two night stay. No one on the staff was helpful in this matter. Offered to have the manager call me and they never did.

A hotel of this caliber that caters to professionals should have free WiFi. In addition, the public lounge and Starbuck's should be available for guests to use. We couldn't use either as each was being used for business meetings.

I stay in the regular King size room. It was one of the largest rooms I had ever stayed it (excluding suites). Very comfortable bed, and amenities were really good.

The swimming pool was of adequate size. However the floor around the pool was slippery. I almost fell twice after getting out of the pool!

The room was spacious and really clean. I loved the modern decor throughout. I spent some time in the hot tub and enjoyed lounging by the pool, both well-maintained. The check-in process took a bit longer than I'd hoped, but overall it was a lovely stay 😊

Easy to find from the Tollway exit. Very well kept building. Interior is lovely and has lots of space/seating for hanging out in the lobby. Restaurant isn't open very late, but the Bar has plenty of room for a sit down meal and the food is good. Breakfast in the Artisan Restaurant the next morning was very good also. Room was spacious and very comfortable.

The only negative would be the complimentary sundries in the bathroom...UGH! Who wants to smell like that all day..some kind of wood scent? That is the only thing I can say was unpleasant. We really enjoyed our stay at Chicago Marriott - Naperville.

I stayed at this hotel for weekend, it was a good stay. Rooms were large and updated, everything was nice. The room with an impaired view. The location was comfortable, not very far from Sensory Garden Playground. Furthermore, the area was nice enough.

The pool and hot tub were well-maintained. The decor throughout was modern and elegant. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The location has easy access to nearby restaurants.

I loved the modern decor and the spacious lobby with various seating areas. The pool and exercise rooms were great.

The indoor pool was a total winner for my family! The kids had a blast. Just wish they offered a complimentary breakfast option to start our day right. A solid weekend getaway 🏊‍♀️
